Refund & Cancellation Policy
At PoshanMart, we strive to deliver fresh and high-quality grocery products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and cancellation terms below.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only for grocery items purchased from PoshanMart.
To be eligible for a refund:
- The refund request must be made within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery.
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation/invoice) must be provided.
- Clear images of the product may be required in case of damage or quality concerns.
Refund requests made after 2 days of delivery will not be accepted.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Requests made after 2 days from delivery
- Products that are used, damaged due to misuse, or improperly stored
- Minor natural variations in size, color, or shape of fresh produce
- Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer
3. Cancellation Policy
- Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
- Once the order is shipped or out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible.
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing errors
- Suspected fraudulent transactions
4. Refund Process
Once your refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- The amount may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/payment provider.
For Cash on Delivery (if applicable), refunds may be processed via bank transfer.
